If your Pit Vipers don't make you feel like a certified legend, we offer a 30-day window to return or exchange your gear in its original, party-ready condition. Our goal is to ensure you're fully equipped for optimal performance and maximum style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Head over to our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select your replacement gear or refund.

• 2.
  Pack the Goods

  Place your Pit Vipers back in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories like the Limpcloth™ and Tie-Downs are included to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, stick it on the box, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Wait for the Magic

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new gear within 5-7 business days.
